Nick Fierro is a physical therapist making his third run for the Legislature as an independent, a rare path in Arizona. He ran unsuccessfully for the state Senate in 2020 and 2022. At the Clean Elections debate he proposed a tax credit to cap rents in 55-and-older communities and said neither party's proposals satisfied him.
