Helen Hunter

Helen Hunter is an assistant pastor, AFSCME member and East Valley NAACP leader who has served on Mesa's Use of Force Committee. She is making her fourth consecutive run for the state House. She lost in 2020, 2022 and 2024. At the Clean Elections debate she called for an income-based sales tax and faulted Republican officials for not fighting federal limits on mail-in ballots.
